October PMI Lowest Since May 2013
The October PMI is the lowest reading since May 2013, when the PMI also registered 50.1 percent. PMPA’s September Business Trends Report Sales Index correlates nicely to the ISM PMI estimate for GDP for 2015. PMPA’s index grew 3.3% for year to date while ISM indicates 2.8% growth in US GDP.
