Intellectual Property rights are the basis for commerce, and recent trade cases place President Obama in a position between his largest supporters, his largest creditors, and in a harsh spotlight. Will he be complicit with Chinese abuse of Intellectual Property Rights? Or will he protect American rights, jobs, and interests?
