OSHA Severe Violator Enforcement Program establishes procedures and enforcement actions, including mandatory follow-up inspections and inspections of other worksites of the same company where similar hazards or deficiencies may be present. It replaces OSHA’s Enhanced Enforcement Program (EEP).
